Who we are. “Dubai Bar USA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean JWL Supply LLC d/b/a Dubai Bar USA.

By visiting or using our website, services, or store (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access and Account

You represent you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for your account and credentials. Do not share or transfer your account.

2. Our Products

We try to show products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by device. Descriptions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept or decline at our discretion. We must receive and process payment before acceptance. We may cancel or change orders and will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided. Returns and exchanges are governed only by our Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy. Purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export unless we agree in writing.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in your confirmation email applies. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges unless stated. You agree to keep your billing details current and accurate and authorize all charges for your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand orders to the carrier. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy at /policies/shipping-policy.

6. Food Safety and Allergen Notice

Products may contain or contact tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, and other allergens. Read labels before consuming. Follow storage and handling instructions. Perishables should be promptly refrigerated or frozen upon delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services is owned by JWL Supply LLC or its licensors and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without written permission. All trademarks are the property of their owners.

8. Optional Tools

Third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available.” Use them at your own risk. We are not liable for third-party tools.

9. Third-Party Links

Third-party sites are not under our control. Review their policies before transacting. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Sales are made by JWL Supply LLC d/b/a Dubai Bar USA, not by Shopify. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and use of the Services.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy and by Shopify under Shopify’s privacy policy. Using the Services means your information may be processed in other countries to provide the Services.

12. Feedback

By submitting reviews, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Feedback for any purpose. You represent you have rights to the Feedback and that it complies with these Terms.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice, including after you place an order. We may cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

14. Prohibited Uses

Do not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. Do not interfere with security or attempt to access non-public areas. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these limits may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JWL Supply LLC d/b/a Dubai Bar USA, our officers, employees, agents, partners, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. In all cases, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JWL Supply LLC d/b/a Dubai Bar USA, Shopify, and their affiliates and personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

19. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed, and the remainder will remain in effect.

20. Waiver and Entire Agreement

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.

21. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

23. Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

24. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply interruptions, or carrier failures.

25. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
